In this proceeding for dissolution of a residential cooperative corporation pursuant to Business Corporation Law § 1104-a, by motion noticed for June 25, 2008, petitioner moved for an order (1) granting her statutory interest from the date preceding the filing of her petition; (2) directing respondents to post a bond as security for their election pursuant to Business Corporation
