In 2002, ostensibly because respondent was a full-time student, the parties consented to an order of support requiring respondent to pay child support in the amount of $25 per month, in addition to $15 per month in arrears. Additionally, respondent was obligated to inform petitioner and the local support collection unit when he became employed. In February 2007, petitioner commenced this proceeding seeking an upward modification of respondent's child...
