Pursuant to CPLR 2221, plaintiffs Phyllis J. Sirico and Peggy S. Davison1 move, for the second time, to "renew and/or reargue" the motion for summary judgment by defendant F.G.G. Productions, Inc. ("FGG"), which was granted in a Decision and Order dated December 28, 2007. FGG opposes the motion and cross-moves for sanctions. The motion, for the second time, is denied. The cross-motion is denied as well.
