This Court conducted a combination Probable Cause, Huntley Hearing and a non jury trial on May 19th, 2008, with regard to the charge against the Defendant of Driving While Ability Impaired in violation of section 1192.1 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. The court combined the two issues at the request and on the consent of both the Defendant and the People and in the interest of judicial economy.
