DECISION & ORDER

ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant received the sentence for which he expressly bargained, and therefore has no basis to complain on appeal that it is excessive (see People v. Gray, 46 A.D.3d 703, lv denied 10 N.Y.3d 765). In any event, the sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v. Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80).
