This is a proceeding for judgment pursuant to Article 78 of the CPLR that was originated by the petition of Tywan Jones, verified on November 13, 2007, and stamped as filed in the St. Lawrence County Clerk's office on November 19, 2007. Petitioner, who is an inmate at the Ogdensburg Correctional Facility, seeks an order of this Court directing that he be credited with approximately 270 days of jail time...
