These consolidated appeals address whether a claim for fraud in the inducement is available when the basis for the claim contradicts the very language of the contract at issue in the parties' dispute. We conclude that when a fraudulent inducement claim contradicts the express terms of the parties' integrated contract, it fails as a matter of law.
