{1} Defendant's twin, six-month-old babies, whom we refer to as Baby Kaden and Baby Bryce, were rushed to the hospital on the afternoon of March 16, 2006, after Mother returned home from a hair appointment and shopping. Baby Kaden died, and Baby Bryce survived. After a trial based on multiple charges of child abuse of Baby Kaden and Baby Bryce, Defendant was convicted of a single count of child abuse due to medical neglect...
