Plaintiff Ronald Bentz owns property in the Township of Little Egg Harbor. He is a veteran who served in the Navy from September 6, 1983 to September 5, 1986. In 1986, he was stationed on a ship during the conflict between the United States and Libya (the Libya conflict).
