Plaintiff WA Golf Company, LLC (Golf), appeals the Law Division's November 27, 2012 order entering judgment in favor of Armored, Inc. (Armored), and dismissing Golf's complaint with prejudice. We affirm in part and reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
