Plaintiffs Patrick M. O'Donnell and Brian Fidanzato appeal from the March 15, 2013 order of the Law Division granting defendants' motion to dismiss counts one through four of plaintiffs' second amended complaint and the May 24, 2013 order granting defendants' motion to dismiss counts six through eight of that complaint without prejudice.1
