This case involves an appeal from an order denying a petition for post-conviction relief (PCR). In December 2004, defendant Fedner Pierre-Louis was convicted by a jury of aggravated manslaughter, robbery, felony murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, and possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose.
