After being run into and injured by defendants' dog, plaintiff brought this personal injury action, asserting claims of negligence and absolute liability. The trial court granted defendants summary judgment, finding the record insufficient to establish that they had reason to know that their dog posed a danger to plaintiff as it ran about their yard.
