Defendant appeals from the May 8, 2009 Law Division order denying his petition for post-conviction relief (PCR). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Defendant was indicted by a grand jury for first-degree kidnapping, N.J.S.A. 2C:13-1b; first-degree aggravated sexual assault, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2a(3); first-degree aggravated sexual assault, N.J.S.A.
