Plaintiff Robert Ross, Jr. and defendant Richard Annunziata entered an agreement to bid on the land in Annunziata's name at a bankruptcy auction. Ross agreed to provide at least $2 million. The bid was successful, but Annunziata purchased the land through a business entity, Putnam at Tinton Falls, LLC (Putnam LLC), which he formed with...
