Plaintiff Central Jersey Bank, N.A., appeals from the partial denial of summary judgment on its claim against defendants Two Eight One Apple, LLC, George R. Steneck, Jr., and Hey-Daddy Bagels, Inc. For the reasons that follow, we reverse.
