INTRODUCTION

Lillie Brown filed a quiet title action against Bernard Morello for adverse possession of a small parcel of land adjacent to the parcel upon which her home stands. Morello filed a counterclaim. Brown's motion for summary judgment was granted. Morello appeals. We affirm.
