Tedd Bish Farm, Inc., owns a 120-acre tract of farmland in Hamilton County, Nebraska. We refer to Tedd Bish Farm and its owner, Tedd Bish, collectively as "Bish." One 6.5-acre corner of the land is irrigated by a gravity irrigation system, which is fed by a pipe that runs along the property fence line....
