We consider an interlocutory motion to require the appellants, Merle Sehi, Patricia Hruby, and Kathleen Dubas, to file a supersedeas bond. To decide the motion, we must determine whether a party appealing from a district court's resolution of a will contest, after a transfer to such court pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 30-2429.01 (Reissue 2008), must provide the supersedeas bond required by Neb.Rev.
