Charles Dexter Johnson ("Defendant") appeals from the trial court's 18 October 2012 orders (1) denying his motions to set aside the default judgments entered against him; and (2) awarding Robert Peter Dowd, III and Jonathan Carter Dowd (collectively "Plaintiffs") $1,500.00 in attorneys' fees.
