The trial court entered judgment in favor of plaintiff Geraldine Grier Houston and against defendants Juanita Tillman and the Estate of Clifford Medlin, Jr. for the sum of $120,000.00. On appeal, defendants primarily argue that the trial court erred when it imposed a constructive trust on certain property in the absence of defendants' engaging in any wrongdoing.
