CALABRIA, Judge.

Samuel Wade White ("defendant") appeals from a judgment entered upon his plea of guilty to three counts of selling marijuana, one count of delivering Percocet, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, and one count of possessing non-tax paid alcohol. We vacate and remand.
