Plaintiff (Josie Blackwell) appeals from entry of summary judgment on her claims against Defendants. We affirm.

This appeal arises from an automobile collision in 2004 in the Town of Landis, Rowan County, North Carolina. At around 1:30 p.m. on 21 May 2004, Plaintiff was driving west on E. Round Street.
