¶ 1. This appeal arises from a September 13, 2010 order of the Rankin County Circuit Court, which granted the Appellees' motion for summary judgment in a medical-malpractice action. Franklin Winfield brings two issues for our review: (1) whether the discovery rule tolled the statute of limitations and (2) whether a doctor-patient relationship or duty of care existed.
