¶ 1. The Mississippi Bar filed a formal complaint against Daniel Inserra seeking reciprocal discipline after the Supreme Court of Arizona suspended Inserra from the practice of law in that state for one year with one year of probation upon reinstatement.1 Finding Inserra's conduct sanctionable, this Court suspends Inserra from the practice of law for a period of one year.
