The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility has filed a petition for disciplinary action alleging that respondent Paul E. Overson has committed professional misconduct warranting public discipline—namely, knowingly making a misleading statement to a court during a hearing and subsequently failing to correct his misleading statement. See Minn. R. Prof. Conduct 8.4(c), 8.4(d).
