This proceeding arises from a complaint filed by the Minnesota Board on Judicial Standards ("Board") against the Honorable George W. Perez, former judge of the Minnesota Tax Court, alleging violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct and Minnesota law. Following a hearing, a three-member panel ("Panel") found that Judge Perez failed to issue decisions in a timely manner, made false certifications, and made false statements in his decisions...
