Petitioner Daniel Martin Lieber seeks reinstatement to the practice of law in the State of Minnesota pursuant to Rule 18, Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility (RLPR). Following a hearing, a panel of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board recommended that we reinstate Lieber, subject to an indefinite period of supervised probation and several conditions.
