HALBROOKS, Judge.

In this third appeal between these parties regarding the foreclosure of the home of appellants Tracee and Barry Beecroft, the Beecrofts challenge the district court's dismissal of their counterclaims against respondent Deutsche Bank National Trust Company. We affirm.
