In 2005, Edward Joseph Loscheider pleaded guilty to attempted first-degree murder and other offenses. In 2011, he filed his third postconviction petition, claiming that he is entitled to withdraw his guilty plea. The district court denied the petition without an evidentiary hearing on the ground that it is untimely and procedurally barred. We affirm.
