Appellant seeks a new trial, arguing that (1) the district court abused its discretion by instructing the jury on contributory negligence despite the lack of evidence supporting such an instruction; (2) the jury's verdict was contradictory and against the weight of the evidence; and (3) respondent's counsel committed a pattern of prejudicial misconduct. We affirm.
