Plaintiffs appeal as of right the trial court's order dismissing their complaint under MCR 2.116(I)(1). We affirm.

I. FACTS

This appeal arises from a zoning dispute concerning a 9.84-acre parcel in Bloomfield Township owned by intervening defendant, Detroit Meeting Rooms, Inc./Sherman Program, Inc. (DMR).
