Per Curiam.
In this action contesting the assessment of real property, petitioner, Barbara Butler, appeals as of right the Michigan Tax Tribunal's order dismissing petitioner's case on the basis of the Tribunal's lack of jurisdiction to hear the case. We reverse and remand for the Tribunal to hold de novo proceedings regarding petitioner's appeal.
