ON RECONSIDERATION

Defendant appeals as of right his bench-trial conviction of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-I), MCL 750.520b (multiple variables). Defendant was sentenced to 4 to 10 years of imprisonment for CSC-I. We affirm.
