Per Curiam.

In October 2015, a fire broke out at the Home Depot in Flint Township and, in the ensuing commotion, merchandise was stolen. The next day, a fire broke out at the Home Depot in Saginaw, but an attentive employee, tipped off that morning by the Flint store's loss-prevention staff, foiled a theft attempt by grabbing a cart full of big-ticket items before a man, who turned out to be Alvin Jenkins, could make off with it.
