Appellant, Sutariya Properties, LLC, appeals as of right a judgment in its favor against FRACN Holdings, LLC. On appeal, Sutariya Properties challenges the trial court's prior order granting summary disposition in favor of appellees, Allen & I-75, LLC, and Bilal Saad. Because there are no errors warranting reversal, we affirm.
