Defendant, Mark Stanford Katzman, appeals as of right his June 7, 2018 bench-trial convictions of two counts of delivery of less than 50 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iv). Defendant was sentenced on July 24, 2018, to three days in jail and one year of probation for each conviction. We affirm.
