In this case involving a use-tax deficiency, plaintiff, Jim's Body Shop, Inc., appeals by right the Court of Claims' order granting summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10) in favor of defendant, the Michigan Department of Treasury. Because there are no errors warranting reversal, we affirm.
