The three cases at issue here have been consolidated for the purpose of appellate review. In Docket No. 295732, petitioner MJC/Lotus Group (MJC), appeals as of right the Tax Tribunal's order denying MJC's motions for immediate consideration and summary disposition and granting summary disposition in favor of respondent Brownstown Township (Brownstown) on the ground that the tribunal lacked jurisdiction to review the 2005 taxable values of MJC's properties...
