In these consolidated appeals, the prosecution appeals by leave granted the circuit court's orders reversing defendant's misdemeanor convictions on the basis of its determination that the ordinance on which defendant's convictions were based was unconstitutional and assessing costs against the prosecution. Because the ordinance at issue is not facially overbroad, we reverse and remand this matter to the circuit court to permit the court to address defendant...
