Defendants appeal by leave granted an order of the trial court denying their motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) and (10) in this premises liability claim. The trial court found that there were genuine issues of material fact concerning whether certain defendants could be held responsible as "possessors" of the premises where plaintiff Charlotte Hoffner fell, the scope of a release signed by Hoffner, and the nature of the condition...
