Respondent Bridgman Public Schools (the school district) appeals by leave granted from the State Tenure Commission's February 18, 2005, decision and order that reduced petitioner James Lewis's discipline from discharge, as recommended by the hearing officer, to a suspension without pay or benefits through the end of the 2005-2006 school year.
