[¶ 1] The mother of Kenneth LaBree appeals from a judgment of the Kennebec County Probate Court (Mitchell, J.) appointing her and Kenneth's paternal aunt as limited coguardians of Kenneth, subject to the mother's compliance with certain conditions. The court's order provided that if the mother failed to comply with any of the conditions, the paternal aunt could remove Kenneth from his mother's residence...
