[¶ 1] Rogers Harrell appeals from a judgment of conviction of domestic violence assault (Class C), 17-A M.R.S. §§ 207-A(1)(A), 1252(4-A) (2011),1 entered in the Unified Criminal Docket (Cumberland County, Moskowitz, J.) that imposed a sentence of seven months of incarceration in the county jail and a fine of $300, which the court believed was mandatory.
