As a result of a three-car collision on Martin Luther King Boulevard ("MLK Boulevard"), the appellant, Annette Blake ("Ms. Blake"; "the Plaintiff"; "Vehicle #3"), filed suit against the other two drivers in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
