On November 9, 2010, the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, sitting as a juvenile court, found appellant, Tavon T., involved in theft under $100. On January 6, 2011, the court adopted the Master's recommendations and placed appellant on probation supervised by the Department of Juvenile Services ("DJS") with specific terms and conditions.
