Appellants, three married couples, obtained financing to purchase new homes through appellees, several realtors, mortgage agencies, banks and their employees. Appellants filed a class action lawsuit in the Circuit Court for Howard County, asserting a number of claims related to an alleged mortgage fraud scheme.
