Appellant, John R. Leopold, appeals his conviction in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County for two counts of misconduct in office. On March 2, 2012, Leopold was charged by indictment with four counts of misconduct in office (Counts 1-4) and fraudulent misappropriation by a fiduciary (Count 5).
