This appeal arises out of a breach of contract claim brought by appellant, CAS Severn, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as either "CAS" or "the company"), against the appellee, Andrew Awalt ("Awalt"), for failure to abide by a professional, service agreement's covenant not to compete.
