The instant appeal arises from a lawsuit filed on March 12, 2010, in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County by appellee, Kenneth Suchoza, against appellant, Brethren Mutual Insurance Company ("Brethren"), alleging that Brethren failed to pay benefits under an uninsured motorist ("UM") policy between Brethren and appellee's employer, Matrix Mechanical, Inc.
